The House

A former farmstead on the edge of Nová Pec, the last house before the forest. A family farmhouse with two apartments, a shared garden with a playground, and a barn with a games room — part of the house we use ourselves.

The apartment

Comfortably sleeps 8. An equipped kitchen, a living room with a dining corner and TV, and attic bedrooms under timber-beamed ceilings.

Both apartments

For multi-generation gatherings, both apartments can be connected by arrangement — the whole family gathers around the long table in the common room, with glazed doors onto the terrace.

Inside

Timber-lined rooms, beamed ceilings and wide plank floors. A kitchen with dishwasher and oven, a living room with a corner bench and TV, and attic bedrooms with roof windows.

The barn

Across the yard stands the barn, with its original stone wall and wooden stairs to the loft. Pool, table football and ping-pong downstairs; sofas and windows into the treetops above.

Garden and terrace

A wooden terrace lined with benches runs the length of the house. On the lawn there's a trampoline, swings, a slide and a sandpit; in the evening, a fire pit and a covered barbecue shelter.
