What data we process
From the enquiry form we process your name, e-mail, phone number, number of guests, stay dates and any message you include. We collect nothing else — the site uses no analytics or marketing tools.
Why, and on what legal basis
The data is used solely to handle your enquiry and booking — steps taken to enter into and perform a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). No consent is therefore required, and the data is used for nothing else.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and booking data is kept for at most 3 years after the matter is settled, then deleted or anonymised. It is kept longer only where the law requires it (for example accounting and tax rules).
Who has access
The data is stored on a server operated by Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany (EU). It is not passed on or sold to anyone.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, restrict its processing, data portability and objection. Just write to the contact e-mail above. You may also complain to the Czech Data Protection Authority (uoou.gov.cz).
Cookies
The site uses only technical cookies necessary for its operation: your language choice and the admin login (used by the operator only). There are no tracking, analytics or advertising cookies, which is why the site shows no cookie banner.
